This website does not use cookies, tracking, analytics tools or advertising or social media plugins. Fonts are loaded locally from this server; no connection is made to Google or other third parties. Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary to provide the website and to respond to your enquiries.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed automatically (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system). This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is only stored for as long as necessary for this purpose and is not combined with other data.
4. Contact by phone or email
If you call me or write to me, I process your details (e.g. name, phone number, email address, request) in order to answer your enquiry and arrange appointments. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
For emails, the iCloud Mail service of Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, is used.
I send appointment confirmations via WhatsApp, SMS or email. With WhatsApp, data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland; data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). If you do not wish to receive messages via WhatsApp, just let me know and I will confirm by SMS or email instead.
5. Sessions and special categories of data
During a session you may share personal information with me, possibly including information about your well-being or your health. I process such information only with your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR), in strict confidence and solely for the purpose of the support provided. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
No written notes are taken or kept about the sessions.
6. Contract processing and payment
To carry out and invoice booked sessions, I process the data required for this (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Invoice data is stored in accordance with the retention periods under tax and commercial law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer or via PayPal. For bank transfers, the necessary data (name, amount, payment reference) is processed by the banks involved. For payments via PayPal, the payment data is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg; PayPal’s privacy policy also applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time. Simply use the contact details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
